 MODELLING

For this stage I started by modelling some of the boxing equipment. Having the real thing in front as I modeled proved to be very helpful in seeing the details and overall form. This saved a lot of time during the modelling process.



                                     
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 I was able to model alot of objects and began placing them in my scene.

REFERENCE

To begin the layout I watched alot of documentaries, movies, vlogs, really anything I could which would give me an idea for the layout of the scene. For the most part I referred to the 2015 drama/sport movie "Creed".

I collected a bunch of reference shots which I saved for reference. This inspired some of the layout and the look of the gym.

 Watching Creed gave me inspiration on designing the space further. Putting in different types of boxing bags and also using old boxing posters to decorate the walls.




All the ideas I got from my research would transfer into the layout and the grey boxing phase.

POST 4 LAYOUT  Using the reference I collected, I modeled alot of different types of objects ranging from chairs,stools, buckets. It was great practice to model and I was happy to have so many different types of geometry to place in my scene. GREY BOXING AND LAYOUT  The following shots are the current layout of the scene. I'm not happy with it but I feel I need to move on since time is running out. I took all the objects I was modelling and began to place them into my scene. Trying to find the best way to fit them in.
